CobbLinc’s paratransit service operates Monday through Sunday within a 3/4-mile area surrounding the existing local bus routes
and limited areas of Fulton County as a curb-to-curb, shared-ride service for paratransit eligible Cobb County residents who cannot access the local fixed-route buses.  You must be certified as paratransit eligible through CobbLinc to use this service. To apply for paratransit service, visit the "How to Apply" section of this web page.

Eligible passengers are not required to live inside the service area; however, passengers must board and exit the paratransit vehicle inside of the service area at a safe transfer location.

Once certified, CobbLinc paratransit passengers ride the fixed-route buses free of charge by presenting their CobbLinc Paratransit Photo ID.

Because this is a shared-ride service, paratransit trip times may be as long as a comparable fixed route trip plus an additional one-half (½) hour for travel and/or wait time.

Customers can call (770) 427-2222 Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to make reservations. Transfers between CobbLinc Paratransit and MARTA Mobility are free at the Cumberland Transfer Center and the MARTA Arts Center Rail Station.

The fare for paratransit service is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for youth under 18 years of age. For more information on the CobbLinc paratransit fare products available for purchase, visit the Fares and Transfers page. 

CobbLinc paratransit fare products can be purchased in a number of ways, including:

1.  Online via our secure website
2. In person by calling customer service at (770) 427-4444 and making an appointment to visit the Customer Service and Paratransit Center (431 Commerce Park Drive, Marietta, GA 30060)
3. Via phone by calling customer service at (770) 427-4444 and paying with a credit card
4. Via U.S. Mail by sending payment (check or money order) to the Customer Service and Paratransit Center
5. On the bus by adding cash value through the fare box

Breeze Cards may be purchased in person at the Customer Service & Paratransit Center or by calling customer service at (770) 427-4444 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Breeze Cards can be reloaded online by following the instructions below or in person by making an appointment to visit the Customer Service and Paratransit Center.

Instructions for Registering and Loading Paratransit Breeze Card 

1. Visit is.breezecard.com/marta/ to register your card.
2. Under New User Signup, click the “Sign Up Now” button.
3. Add your information in the required fields, review the Terms & Conditions and check the box to accept them. Click the “Submit” button.
4. Check the email you entered to get your temporary password.
5. Click the “Continue to Login” button.  
6. Enter your email address and password, and then click the “Login” button.
7. Under the “Load Breeze Card” tab, select “Para” from the dropdown menu.
8. Under “CobbBus and Rail Service/Add Money,” select the circle beside the amount you would like to load on your card.

Paratransit service, including subscription services, is not available on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

If a passenger is unable to travel alone because of a functional disability and requires a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), the PCA will ride for free.  If a passenger requires a PCA, this must be approved during the initial application process or when there is a change in the passenger’s functional ability to use the service.

Visitors to Cobb County who are functionally disabled, will be given “presumptive eligibility” and can ride for up to 21 calendar days each year without being certified by CobbLinc. Visitors can provide proof of disability when boarding the vehicle by supplying a Paratransit Identification Card from another transit system. Visitors with disabilities who do not have proof of disability from another transit system may still use the system. Documentation may be required for those whose disability is not apparent. 

Persons with temporary disabilities may obtain a CobbLinc Paratransit Photo ID that is valid for the expected time of the disability. For more information, visit the "How to Apply" section of this webpage.

CobbLinc provides travel training for seniors, disabled communities, and Cobb County School District's "Transition Academies." Travel training is conducted at the Customer Service & Paratransit Center located at 431 Commerce Park Drive, Marietta, GA 30060.
