Water Bill Payment Options

New Account Number Required To Make A Payment

All customers have been assigned a new account number.  Email notifications are being sent out in batches over several weeks to customers with valid email addresses on file. The email will contain the new account number and steps specific to your account for access to the updated customer portal. Please check your email and spam folder over the next few weeks. 

During this time, late fees or disconnections are paused.

There is no service fee.
Instant Pay

You need your new account number.

Pay thru Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal
Register and manage account.
Text to Pay
Sign up through the CSS Portal to pay from your phone.  A normal text fee will apply.
Call to Pay

No need to speak with a representative. Just have your account number and follow the prompts.

Pay with PayPal

Payments will not show up on the account immediately.  A small service fee may be assessed.
