Cobb County Department of Transportation will be closing a portion of James Road from Old Alabama Road to Rose Circle to all traffic starting June 10 through September 8 for a bridge replacement project.

As a detour, drivers can use South Gordon Road to access Old Alabama Road from Creveis Road.

Detour signage has been placed along the roadway. Please use caution while driving in the area.
