We have the following facilities to help care for homeless pets:

• Large dog, small dog & cat kennels
• Operating room with clinic to spay/neuter
• Pet food pantry for those struggling to feed their pets
• Dog walking areas
• Outside runs
• Parking for Road Officer vans & our adoption trailer
• Meet & greet/bonding room
• Puppy & kitten rooms/kennels
• Intake room

Animal Services is on the 2022 SPLOST list to receive a new facility.  SPLOST funds will be used for a new animal shelter to accommodate a growing animal population and provide much needed upgrades to kennels, facilities, and other veterinary services.

Monique Sheffield is the Commissioner for this area
