What to Expect with the New Billing System

Cobb Water has moved to a new billing system. The new billing system brings significant enhancements for customers and increased efficiencies:

  • All customers will get new account numbers. Please make sure to update your bill payments accordingly.
  • A newly designed water bill.
  • A new customer self-service portal with more information and capabilities to streamline customer requests for:
    • Payment Plans
    • Leak Adjustments
    • Rebate Applications
    • Senior Discounts
    • Service Moves
    • Autopay
    • More account information that is easily downloadable
  • Customers with a current payment portal attached to one account will be migrated to the new portal and only need to update their password.
  • If service is interrupted for non-payment, reconnection will be processed automatically once the full past due balance and all fees are paid during business hours. 
  • Mobile work order system to increase efficiency and reduce wait times for service requests.
  • More capabilities to communicate with customers about important information.
