Do you need help with a question that requires time beyond general assistance? You can reserve a one-on-one session with a genealogy librarian for up to one hour of in-depth uninterrupted help.

Get help with issues such as:

  • Overview of the Georgia Room collection and services
  • Introduction to the library catalog and how to find a book in the Georgia Room
  • Learn about the Georgia Room’s online databases and resources
  • Learn how to use the microfilm/fiche readers
  • How to utilize Interlibrary Loan
  • Advice on using genealogical resources in the Georgia Room
  • Do you have a brick wall or other genealogy question? If we can’t help, we’ll find who can!

This service is free. Reservations are required and made at the Georgia Room front desk or by calling 770-528-2333.
