Cobb County Government cares about the wellness of its employees. We offer employees the following wellness options and incentives.

Health

The CobbHeatlh Wellness Clinic provides medical services to full-time employees, their dependents and non-Medicare retirees covered by the county’s medical plans. Pre-employment screening and annual physicals are also done through the clinic. Visits are free and employees can visit without taking personal leave or sick time if approved by the supervisor.

Fitness Centers

The CobbFit Fitness Centers are available to all Cobb County employees. A wide variety of exercise equipment is provided to support the diverse fitness needs of our employees. Locker rooms at both facilities have men's and women's shower stalls.

Group Exercise

Dynamic group exercise classes are offered to all Cobb County employees. Classes range from low-impact exercises like yoga to high-energy, calorie-burning boot camp courses.

5k Series

Each year, Cobb County Government covers the registration fees for employees to run or walk up to five local 5ks. Races are run by the county or provide assistance to Cobb area charities.

Incentives

Employees can earn dollars for living a healthy lifestyle through our CobbWell Rewards program. Earned CobbWell Reward dollars can be redeemed for merchandise or gift cards.

Blood Drives

Cobb County's Human Resources department partners with the America Red Cross to give employees the opportunity to save lives in the community through blood donation.
