Judge Diana Simmons was elected to the Cobb State Court bench in August of 2020 and took office January 2021. She previously served as an Assistant Solicitor in Cobb for 10 years. She attended John Marshall Law School and received her undergraduate degree from Berry College. Diana lives in Marietta with her husband and three sons.
