Judge Fincher was elected to the State Court Bench in November 2010 and took office January 1, 2011. Judge Fincher previously served as a Deputy Assistant Solicitor for the Cobb County Solicitor General's office and a law clerk in Cobb Superior Court. Judge Fincher earned a law degree from John Marshall Law School and an undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University. Judge Fincher is married and has three children.
