COVID-19 Requirements for Visitors
Face covering/mask required for all visitors entering the State Court Building.
Beginning March 8, 2021: All court hearings will resume.
All cases with a cancelled court date between December 23, 2020 and March 5, 2021 will be continued and the Clerk of Court will mail a new court date notice to the last known address on file for all parties. For questions regarding your case, please call the Clerk’s Office at 770-528-2660. Virtual hearings will continue at the discretion of the Judge.
A notification with a new court date will be mailed to the address on file. If the address on file from your original traffic ticket or case needs updating, use our Address Change Form. Questions should be directed to 770-528-2660.
