Contractor Bid Prequalification Instructions & Applications

Contractors not currently prequalified with the Cobb County Water System are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications for bidding future projects for the Cobb County Water System. Visit Cobb County Procurement Services’ Web Portal for Sealed Bids at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga. The Cobb County Procurement Services uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through OpenGov. The solicitation, instructions for the request for qualifications for prequalification, qualification forms, and addenda are available on OpenGov website. Users must register to access the documents. There is a no-charge option available.
