What to Expect with the New Billing System

Cobb Water is moving to a completely new billing system this spring. During this time, there will be periods of limited access to the payment system and information for customers and staff. We thank you in advance for your patience.

The new billing system brings significant enhancements for customers and increased efficiencies:

• All customers will get new account numbers. Please make sure to update your bill payments accordingly.
• A newly designed water bill.
• A new customer self-service portal with more information and capabilities to streamline customer requests for:
  • Payment Plans
  • Leak Adjustments
  • Rebate Applications
  • Senior Discounts
  • Service Moves
  • Autopay
  • More account information that is easily downloadable
• Customers with a current payment portal attached to one account will be migrated to the new portal and only need to update their password.
• If service is interrupted for non-payment, reconnection will be processed automatically once the full past due balance and all fees are paid during business hours. 
• Mobile work order system to increase efficiency and reduce wait times for service requests.
• More capabilities to communicate with customers about important information.
