Congratulations to Melissa Sandoval Zavala, a KSU graphic design student and winning artist in our 2024 Volunteer T-Shirt Design Contest. Melissa's design statement: “This design takes inspiration from the quote that there is beauty in nature and in exploring the unknown if one simply takes the time to look for it. The design showcases several animals and insects in Georgia, such as the Eastern Box Turtle, Barking Tree Frog, and Baltimore Checkerspot Butterfly.
