The Artist Challenge invited fourth and fifth grade students to draw Tappy Turtle, Cobb Water System’s water conservation mascot, demonstrating water conservation tips. The challenge received over 300 entries from 7 participating schools. The Adventures of Tappy Turtle 2023 coloring book will be distributed throughout the community and is available for free download at www.cobbcounty.org/watersmart. Winning artists were also honored at an evening reception on Monday, January 23, 2023.
