Monday Classes

Fit 4 Life #12631

January 13 – March 16 (no class January 20)

Come out for a total-body workout to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, and coordination. This class provides aerobic and strength training in an energetic environment. This class combines both seated and standing exercise.

Pastels: Intermediate #12386

Learn to paint using two of the most popular dry mediums. This is an intermediate/advanced class...drawing skills and a working knowledge of composition, value and color are required.  Supply list is available.

Focus on Fitness #12435

This class offers low impact chair aerobics that are safe with simple moves with light weights and Therabands. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Bring your own (light) weights and Therabands.

Circuit Training #12354

Circuit training is a total body challenge that is designed to combine resistance training and low impact aerobics. You will strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system, increase muscular strength and endurance, and improve agility, balance and flexibility through various stations. The stations will provide you the opportunity to work at your own individual pace making the class suitable for anyone!

Tai Chi is a low impact and slow motion exercise. It is often described as “meditation.” Benefits are relaxation, improved strength and flexibility. Beginners welcome.

Drums Alive: Golden Beats #12355

This class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness by using rhythmical drum patterns as they drive dynamic movements.  Additionally, it can help to improve hand/eye coordination, improve brain function and mental awareness, relieve stress and release endorphins.  Golden Beats can be done seated or standing and is appropriate for all levels.
