**Door-to-door transportation & lunch may be provided for adults age 60+  based on eligibility.  An assessment is conducted, and eligibility is determined based on need. Call the center for details.

Chair Yoga for all of us is a slow and playful practice. This class will enhance your flexibility and strength, reduce stress all while paving the way for more challenging poses with the chair.
