Register for Activities at North Cobb Senior Center

Registration for any North Cobb Senior Center activity is required.

Payment Methods

Payment for each class is due in full at the time of registration, and may be made with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Classes may not be taken on a pay as you go basis. Class payments by check or money order should be made payable to Cobb Senior Services.

 All class and supply fees must be paid at the time of registration.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Registration fees are 100% refundable when the department cancels the activity. Those wishing to withdraw from a class that has not been cancelled by the department must provide a request at least seven days before the scheduled start of the class. They may receive 100% credit to the family's account or may request a refund. Within the week prior to the scheduled start of a class refund/credits will not be given except for verified medical/hardship cases. Refunds for payment made by cash or check will be received approximately 2-4 weeks after the refund is requested.

Body Care through Blues Dance

This class encourages short interval training (a type of training that involves a series of high/low intensity movements) with minimal resting periods. You will experience multiple forms of fitness such as tabata, plyometric training, resistance training and yoga. All fitness levels are welcome (modifications are provided). Every session is designed to build mobility, flexibility, endurance and burn calories in a short amount of time.
