For jurors summoned in the State Court of Cobb County for the week beginning Monday, December 9, 2024 ~

Jurors in all Pool Groups – Please report at 8:30 AM on Monday morning, December 9 to the State Court Jury Assembly Room, which is located on the First Floor in Building B directly on the Marietta Square.  The address is 12 East Park Square in Marietta.  Once you come through the security checkpoint, go to the left and follow the signs for jury duty.  Please bring your juror summons with you to expedite the check-in process.

The Court will not grant any excusals unless you qualify for a legal exemption, and you have proper documentation. Please remember that you are under subpoena.

Parking for jurors is in the parking deck labeled “P” on the top level.  The address for the parking deck is 191 Lawrence Street in Marietta.  The entrance is off Hansell Street.  Take a white ticket upon entering the deck AND BRING IT WITH YOU for validation at juror check-in.
