Effective April 1, 2023 all Development & Inspection Fee Schedules will be updated as shown below. Click here to download these updated fee schedules. 

NEW Residential Permit Fee Schedule
PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
New Homes: unheated sqft total and heated sqft total (unheated sqft total multiplied by $22) +
(heated sqft total multiplied by $90) =
construction cost. 

Permit fee = $5.75 per $1,000 of construction cost
Additions: unheated and heated sqft totals

(unheated sqft total multiplied by $22) +
(heated sqft total multiplied by $90) =
construction cost. 

Permit fee = $5.75 per $1,000 of construction cost

Minimum fee: $200

Decks, Patios, Porches: based on construction cost and sqft

Permit fee =  $5.75 per $1,000 of construction cost

Minimum fee: $100

Accessory Structure: Square footage total

Permit fee =  $5.75 per $1,000 of construction cost

Minimum fee: $100

Renovations: contractor supplied construction cost
($5.75 per $1,000 of construction cost )

Permit fee =  $5.75 per $1,000 of construction cost

Minimum fee: $100

Basement Finish: sqft transitioning from unheated to heated

(unheated to heated sqft total multiplied by $78) =
construction cost.

Power Use Only (power reconnect) $50
Subcontractor standalone permits (HVAC, Plumbing, Electric)
