COVID-19 Update:
Beginning October 19th, Central Aquatic Center will be open Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-7:00pm, Friday 6:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm. Reservations for one hour blocks of time will be available online and are strongly recommended. Only one person per lane will be permitted. There will be walk-in lanes available, but if they are full you will be asked to wait in your car until one becomes available. Swim teams will be returning and water aerobics classes will be restarting in a limited capacity! Swim teams will enter through the side of the facility instead of the front entrance to minimize crowding in the lobby. If you are on a swim team, please contact your coach with any scheduling questions.
Login or create an account here to reserve a lane!
THERE WILL BE NO LANE RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE FROM DECEMBER 21, 2020 - JANUARY 2, 2021 DUE TO THE MODIFIED SCHEDULE OVER THE HOLIDAY SEASON. LANE RESERVATIONS WILL BEGIN AGAIN STARTING JANUARY 4, 2021.
As we move forward, the hours and lane availability may change to accommodate our programs.

Aqua-Aerobics
Water Aerobics classes are now open and are restricted to only nine (9) participants. Classes will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Are you looking for a fun way to get into shape, while using the qualities of water? Buoyancy enables one to do aerobic exercise with minimum strain. Resistance of the water helps tone muscles and quickly build endurance. Movement of the joints is greatly improved in the water, making aqua-aerobics an excellent program for those with arthritis, back problems or other medical conditions.
