Stay and Play at our fun-filled early literacy program at South Cobb Regional Library. Children will interact with self-directed play stations in the children’s programming room and socialize with their peers.

Starting February 1st, Cobb Collaborative will host a storytime and activity at the start of the program.They will also provide information about The Basics for Early Literacy Development.

During each program, they will cover a different theme of The Basics:

February 1st (Maximize Love, Manage Stress)

February 15th (Talk, Sing and Point)

March 7th (Count, Group and Compare)

March 21st (Explore Through Movement and Play)

April 18th (Read and Discuss Stories) 

This program is best suited for ages 1 - 6 years old, but younger siblings are welcome to attend. Caregivers are expected to remain with their child at all times. No registration required.
