Judge issues Consent Order in absentee ballot case

Following an emergency court hearing on Monday, November 7, Cobb County Superior Court Judge Kellie Hill entered an order involving absentee ballots requested by Cobb County voters but never sent out by elections officials. See Cobb County's communication: Cobb County Article

- Any eligible voter who has not received an absentee ballot and has not yet voted may do so on Election Day (Tuesday, November 8).
- Absentee ballots were sent via overnight mail to those affected; those must be filled out, mailed, and postmarked on Election Day but have until Monday, November 14, to arrive at Cobb Elections and Registration to be counted.
Cobb polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8th.
