A public hearing was held last week for Cobb County’s biannual code amendment recommendation. These recommendations are brought forward by county staff or a commissioner to be considered by the Board of Commissioners. The following chapters in County Code are included in this recommendation:

• 2: Administration – Economic Development
• 50: Environment
• 54: Fire Prevention and Protection
• 58: Floods
• 22: Utilities
• 134: Zoning
