NOTE:  The Code Amendment package was updated on September 22.

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners will consider amendments to the county’s code this fall. 

This package includes changes to the following chapters:

• 2 - Administration
• 10 - Animals
• 50 - Environment
• 78 - Licenses, permits, and businesses
• 134 - Zoning

These will be summarized before the Board during a work session on Sept. 26 at 1:30 p.m.

Residents can comment on changes to Chapter 134 ONLY during a Planning Commission meeting at 100 Cherokee St., Marietta.

Residents can comment on these changes during two public hearings at 100 Cherokee Street, Marietta.

• October 10 at 9 a.m. 
• October 24 at 7 p.m.
