“I pledge my heart to greater loyalty” is part of the official 4-H Pledge, and that is the theme for Cobb 4-H's fun yoga activities. Ms. Colleen and Ms. Kathleen will lead you through yoga activities centered on kindness that kids can do with their caregivers! Bring your own yoga mat or beach towel and a bottle of water. 

Intended for kids, ages 6-11 with a participating adult.
