Talk, Learn, and Collaborate Program with Morehouse School of Medicine

The Talk, Learn, and Collaborate (TLC) Series is a place and time in which faculty, staff, learners, and our community partners come together to learn, share, and document our strengths and innovations in service and partnership, as well as discuss community challenges and actionable steps to advance health equity.

The April 24 event will be the first of three Talk, Learn and Collaborate Series programs presented this year by MSM’s Prevention Research Center (PRC) and OCE. The program is scheduled for 11:30 am Wednesday, April 24 at South Cobb Regional Library.

 

The featured speaker will be Rhonda Holliday, PhD, MA, professor, Community and Preventive Medicine, MSM.

 

The program will also feature Tabia Henry Akintobi, PhD, MPH, professor and chair, Community and Preventive Medicine, and Principal Investigator, PRC, MSM.

 

Dr. Holliday will speak on health literacy, including HIV prevention, health disparities, health equity and more.
