LGBTQ+ Media Club Presents: Craft Night!
A club for LGBTQ+ people and allies to explore queer media in all its forms. Meeting once a month we will dive into different topics and compare art, music, writing, and films from all genres and how their LGBTQ themes intersect and influence. The club is open to those 18 and up, as a result of the probability of discussing more mature films, art, or music.
April's theme is craft night: collage button pins! This will be an opportunity for everyone to make their own personalized pride and pronoun pins!
Our meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 30 6:00-7:30pm. Since this craft (and clean up) is a little time consuming, April's meeting will be slightly longer than usual to accommodate.
The library does have collage supplies we will be providing, but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you have specific items you want to work with! All button making materials will also be provided, and we will walk everyone through the process to craft these.
