Come learn about the benefits and practices of mindfulness! Led by Monica L. Barbara, Psychology and Mindfulness Instructor, this 60-minute workshop is aimed at beginners and offers the following:

  • a practical definition for meditation;
  • explains the scientific support for establishing a meditation practice;
  • teaches easy, introductory meditation practices, and;
  • teaches additional, simple exercises to improve overall mindfulness.

Registration is encouraged (but not required). You can RSVP here!

Please note: the same workshop content is repeated each month, but previous participants are welcome to return for the meditation exercises that conclude the workshop.
