Aloha to Aging Inc. presents the Losing Your Independence workshop. This workshop deals with the cognitive and physical aspects of driving, cooking, financial management, etc. as we age and the decision and experience of stepping back from those tasks as we age.

Intended for ages 18+  and will be held in person at the Mountain View Regional Library.
