For jurors summoned in the State Court of Cobb County for the week beginning Monday, April 29, 2024 ~

Please locate your Pool Group # on your summons and adhere to the following instructions:

For jurors in Pool Groups # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 – Please report at 8:30 AM on Monday morning, April 29. See below for reporting instructions.

For jurors in Pool Groups # 11 and 12 – you are NOT required to report on Monday and may resume normal daily activities, but you will need to check the website or call for a recorded message after 6 PM on Monday evening for further instructions about possibly reporting on Tuesday. You may also receive an e-mail.

** REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS **

Jurors in Pool Groups # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 should report at 8:30 AM to the State Court Jury Assembly Room, which is located on the First Floor in Building B directly on the Marietta Square. The address is 12 East Park Square in Marietta. Once you come through the security checkpoint, go to the left and follow the signs for jury duty. Please bring your juror summons with you to expedite the check-in process.

The Court will not grant any excusals unless you qualify for a legal exemption, and you have proper documentation. Please remember that you are under subpoena. 

If you have not confirmed your jury attendance as requested, please complete online at our website PRIOR TO REPORTING by clicking here. 

Parking for jurors is in the parking deck labeled “P” on the top level.  The address for the parking deck is 191 Lawrence Street in Marietta.  The entrance is off Hansell Street.  Take a white ticket upon entering the deck AND BRING IT WITH YOU for validation at juror check-in.
