These workshops were developed in response to common questions and concerns about various topics related to water quality, pollution prevention, and ecological issues.

These workshops provide a brief overview (with a chance for questions and answers) for Cobb residents to better understand where our water comes from and how to protect this important resource.

March 31: Indoor Leak Detection - Hybrid

Celebrate Fix a Leak Week by learning how to find and fix leaks at home. You'll learn how to check your toilet for leaks, common places you may find leaks, and how to find those sneaky leaks. You'll also learn about rebates and resources offered to Cobb County Water System customers.

May 26: Drought Tolerant Plants and Gardens - Hybrid

Join Rob Trawick, UGA’s Agriculture & Natural Resource Agent for Cobb County, and learn the importance of planting native plants to survive flash droughts and our summer weather.
