Many older adults experience concerns about falling and, therefore, restrict their activities. Join us for a FREE series of classes to help you learn to make changes to reduce falls at home, exercise to increase strength & balance, and more! Classes will be held at Senior Wellness Center every Thursday from 1-3 pm from February 2 thru March 23.
