This four (4) hour Heartsaver course teaches lay rescuers when to phone 911, how to give CPR, how to use an AED, and how to provide relief of choking. The course targets people who might respond to cardiovascular emergencies in the workplace or at home. Hands on practice using the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is included. Please dress appropriately. Some class time is spent on the floor working with a manikin. This course covers instruction on Adult/Child/Infant CPR, Adult/Child/Infant choking, use of an AED in Adult/Child.
