Registration is required for all classes. Registration  begins Monday, April 6 at 9:00 am. Appropriate athletic clothing required for exercise classes. 

Monday Classes

Beginner Tai Chi-Qigong #17218

Tai Chi emphasizes complete relaxation and is essentially a form of “meditation in motion”.  Qigong (pronounced “chee-gung”) is the Chinese philosophy and practice of aligning breath, physical activity and awareness, for improved mental and physical health and increased energy.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class is a beginner’s introduction to Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, a free form yoga that “flows” start to finish. You will learn the sequences, correct technique and the role each pose plays in moving your body through a Power practice. Note that certain poses will be modified as required.
