Smoveys’ Fitness #12279

Spanish I Intermediate Level #12292

Beginner Watercolor #12294

This class is open to beginners as well as advanced artists. We will explore basic watercolor technique and interesting special effects. Aileen provides a variety of subject matter, but you may bring your own photo, postcard, calendar, iPad, etc. Any ideas welcome, but the first class will focus on wintry nature scenes.

This is an exercise class that utilizes chair aerobics as an alternative to floor exercise. This instructor led-class uses resistance bands, free weights, some walking, and stretching. In this class we are going to use free weights.

Improving Movement & Mobility #12304

Full body strengthening with light hand weights, bands and a kettle bell.  To achieve the maximum benefit from this class, please purchase an 8-10lb kettlebell for women and at least a 15lb kettlebell for men. This is an exercise class for seniors that have attended my strength classes on a regular basis. Appropriate clothing required. No beginners please. Prerequisite: Beginner Strength Training.

Boot Camp/ Intermediate Pilates #12273

This class will be a cardio-based class where we will be working on strengthening your heart muscle and your physical endurance.  It will consist of 2 to 3 segments of cardio that will be strictly low impact.  There also will be a good amount of time left in the class when we are good and warm to improve our flexibility with some good stretching. Athletic shoes are required and dress down as you will work up a sweat in this class. Prerequisite: Beginner & Intermediate Strength Training
