If a bid is not listed below, the award is still pending. Please allow a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks after the bid opening for an award to be made and posted.

Bid results presented on this site are preliminary and should not be considered as a final determination of award. Invitations to Bid (ITB) are awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Requests for Proposals (RFP) are awarded by the County based on qualitative factors including, but not limited to, cost. Therefore, the preliminary RFP results listed below only contain the names of those companies that have submitted proposals.

Cobb County reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals, to waive informalities, to reject portions of bids/proposals, to waive technicalities and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the best interests of the County and the laws of the State of Georgia.
