Yoga at the Powder Springs Library
The Powder Springs Library will start offering beginner yoga classes on June 8th. Classes will be held in the Powder Spring Library's meeting room. Yoga classes will be offered weekly on Tuesdays at 5:00 and will last approximately 45 minutes.
In these Hatha yoga sessions, participants will unify their minds and bodies through breath work, reflection and yoga poses (asanas).
Remember to bring a towel or a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
Space is Limited. Registration is required.
