Tai Chi for Senior Wellness at East Cobb Library
The East Cobb Library is pleased to partner with certified Tai Chi instructor, Charlene Lee, as part of our Senior Wellness Series. Join Charlene for free balance strengthening Tai Chi classes. Tai Chi is known to help people with their balance, strength and is a great activity for mobility. All adults ages 18+ are welcome! Social distancing will apply.
