“The Last Word” Book Discussion [Virtual Program]

  • Thu, 12/09/2021 - 04:30 PM - 05:30 PM

PLEASE NOTE: This program will occur online and will not take place in the library. See the link below to join the program at the specified time.

“The Last Word” Book Discussion group meets virtually on the second Thursday of each month for a laid back and informal book discussion for adults. We read a variety of fiction and non-fiction and always have fun discussions. Copies of the current month’s book are available at the South Cobb Regional Library when the library is open. During South Cobb Regional Library's closure for renovations, email [email protected] to arrange to pick up a copy of the book at another Cobb County Library. Newcomers are always welcome! The discussion will take place via Google Meet.

Note: Our October and November discussions will take place on the first Thursday of the month instead of the second Thursday.

Upcoming titles for discussion will include:

August 12, 2021 - The Exiles by Christina Baker Kline

September 9, 2021 - The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides

October 7, 2021 - Klara and the Sun by Kazuo Ishiguro

November 4, 2021 - The Girl With the Louding Voice Abi Daré
