Healthy Eating--Menu Planning Made Easy [Virtual Event]
PLEASE NOTE: This program will occur online and will not take place in the library.
Menu planning is the process to make the list of food items going to serve in any type of meal whether it is breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner. To improve food quality, household meals should be planned based on six principles; namely adequacy, balance, calorie (energy) control, nutrient density, moderation and variety. Incorporating these principles into basic steps, this program will show how to plan menus like a pro.
