Bookmark Art Project

What can you make with bookmarks? Join the Bookmark Art Project and find out! Make any work of art out of bookmarks and present it at our showcase on Friday July 15th at South Cobb Regional Library. We are offering several work sessions to share ideas, get inspiration, and work on your projects during the summer. You do not have to attend the work sessions to participate in the showcase. Follow this LINK to learn more about the brainstorming sessions.

There will be a first and second place prize for teens, tweens, and families.

All projects must be turned in by Tuesday July 12th by 5pm to get ready for the showcase on Friday July 15th. Larger works of art must be dropped off at South Cobb Regional Library.

Your project must be your own work. Stop by South Cobb Regional Library, Vinings Library, or L.A. Ray Library to pick up a stack of 50 bookmarks to get started, but can always pick up more. Your project must be mostly made from bookmarks, but you can incorporate other recycled elements to help shape your art. This program is for tweens, teens, and families.
