Go Red for Women Walk at Mountain View Regional Library

Friday, 2/03/2023 - Friday, 2/03/2023
09:00am - 10:00am

Let’s Get Started! National Wear Red Day® is Feb. 3 – 2/3/23 – and February is American Heart Month.

Join Cobb County library workers and your neighbors in the Go Red for Women Walk. Wear red, put on your comfortable walking shoes and walk with us to show our community is FIERCE about women’s heart health. Be the Beat!

“It’s no longer just about wearing red; it’s no longer just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about all women making a commitment to stand together with Go Red and taking charge of their own heart health as well as the health of those they can’t bear to live without. Making a commitment to your health isn’t something you have to do alone either, so grab a friend or a family member and Go Red today.” - American Heart Association

This walking community group will meet at Mountain View Regional Library at 9 am on Friday, February 3rd, 2023.

Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.

This program is intended for adults. Children are welcome with an adult caregiver.
