Let’s Get Started! National Wear Red Day® is Feb. 3 – 2/3/23 – and February is American Heart Month.

Join Cobb County library workers and your neighbors in the Go Red for Women Walk. Wear red, put on your comfortable walking shoes and walk with us to show our community is FIERCE about women’s heart health. Be the Beat!

It’s about all women making a commitment to stand together with Go Red and taking charge of their own heart health as well as the health of those they can’t bear to live without. This walking community group will meet at Mountain View Regional Library at 9 am on Friday, February 3rd, 2023. 

Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. 

This program is intended for adults. Children are welcome with an adult caregiver.
