Cobb Recruitment Goes Social

Human Resources is going social today with the launch of its recruitment campaign Work for Cobb. The new platforms will be used to interact with future employees; share tips about interviewing, resume writing, and proper interview attire; and will showcase top jobs throughout the Cobb County system.

All Cobb employees are invited to share their comments about working for Cobb on Glassdoor (@CobbCountyGovernment), follow us on Twitter (@WorkforCobb) and LinkedIn (@CobbCountyGovernment), and like us on Facebook (@WorkforCobb).

A new Human Resources TV show, Work for Cobb, recently began airing on CobbTV as part of the campaign. The quarterly, TV show features subject matter experts on Cobb County jobs and provides tips about how to apply for jobs with Cobb County Government. Air times are:

  • Mondays: 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
  • Tuesdays: 10:30 a.m.
  • Wednesdays: 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 1 p.m.
  • Fridays: 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Saturdays/Sundays: 5:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

The show can also be found on Video on Demand on and on the Cobb County YouTube channel.
