*AARP will begin scheduling online appointments starting January 15th*

Gritters Library and AARP Foundation Tax-Aide are partnering to provide a free, volunteer-run tax assistance and preparation service every Monday beginning February 3rd through April 14 from 10 am to 3 pm. Membership in AARP is not required.

Appointments are required. Appointments can be made through the AARP website by clicking this link, by email at Gritterstaxes@gmail.com, or in person during the times listed above. Tax-aide volunteers will confirm appointment requests made by email or in person.

Each taxpayer is asked to bring their 2023 returns and 2024 tax documents. Also, each taxpayer must present their social security card or other identification documents for themselves and all dependents. For direct deposit refunds, the taxpayer must have a valid check.
