This month's menu celebrates the rich flavors from Irish cuisine, which are traditionally based on meat, vegetables, and daily products. Chef John will be preparing Cottage Pie (savory ground beef, carrots, and onions, topped with mashed potato and cheddar cheese), served with garden peas and Soda bread (bread prepared without yeast).
