UPDATE: On November 6, 2024, the Georgia Supreme Court reversed the appeal and reinstated the order previously entered by the Cobb County Superior Court extending the deadline for certain voters in Cobb County to return their absentee ballots to the Cobb County Elections Office.

The Order requires that all  absentee ballots of affected voters be postmarked by 7pm Nov. 5, 2024 and received in the Cobb County Elections Office by 5 PM on Friday, November 8th, 2024.  You may view the order HERE

If you are an Affected Voter that lives outside of the United States, a Federal Write in Absentee Ballot (FWAB) was sent to you via email, your ballot must be received in our office by November 8th at 5:00 PM.
