Honored for the initiatives she has introduced and the impact she has made in the community,  Cobb County Solicitor General Makia Metzger was recognized over the weekend as "Solicitor General of the Year."  The award was presented by the Georgia Association of Black County Officials.  It’s always inspiring to see leaders in the community being acknowledged for their hard work and dedication.  When you see Mrs. Metzger, don’t hesitate to wish her congratulations.
