Presiding Judge Wayne E. Grannis released a new standing order March 1, 2021 establishing in-person hearing safety guidelines.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Order entered by the Court on December 23, 2020, limiting in-person attendance to essential matters is VACATED. The court will resume in-person proceedings consistent with the guidelines given in this Order and in strict compliance with the public health guidelines, the safety guidelines established by the court, and guidance issued by the Supreme Court.
