In an effort to limit person to person contact in our License Division, we will be taking applications for a Marriage License by appointment only beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020.  To make an appointment, please email probatecourt@cobbcounty.org.  (If you do not have email access, call (770) 528-1931.) If possible, please print and complete the application before arriving.

The License Division will be closing daily from 12:00-1:00 pm for lunch.

Please note: The daily Wedding Ceremonies performed in the Magistrate Court have been canceled until further notice.
