The South Cobb Redevelopment Authority is requesting qualifications from experience mixed-use developers to redevelop 50.3 acres of land at 490 Riverside Parkway, Austell, GA  until 5 p.m. on Friday August 7, 2020 via electronic submission at southcobbredevelopment@gmail.com. No proposals will be accepted after 5 p.m. for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Riverside Parkway property. This solicitation and any addenda are available for download in PDF format on the South Cobb Redevelopment Authority website at www.southcobb.org.

SCRA is seeking qualification-based proposals from experienced mixed-use developers interested in establishing a partnership with the SCRA to develop a transformative community* that may include:

• various forms of residential offerings, including affordable/mixed income, multifamily housing,
• senior housing
• medical office
• retail
• other commercial offerings
• a potential local government or community office
• location other community-centered public spaces
